Choose the path that matches your operating complexity

Most teams do not need a custom quoting process. They need to know whether they fit the standard flagship package, need a more complex rollout, or are ready for expansion after the flagship package is stable.

Most teams should start here

Standard Flagship

Best when you have one office workflow, want the default stack, and need lead response plus invoicing fixed before anything else expands.

Quick fit check

  • One office workflow: usually Standard Flagship.
  • Multiple locations or heavy approvals: likely Complex Flagship.
  • Need scheduling, books hygiene, or reviews later: add Expansion after stability.

Three clear paths

All quotes assume the client pays SaaS licenses directly while Atlas handles implementation, monitoring, fixes, and ongoing optimization.

Most common fit

Standard Flagship

One location, one office workflow, default stack, two flagship workflows

Setup: $6,500

Monthly: $3,000 to $4,000

Usually right if:

  • You want the cleanest rollout path
  • You are staying on Jobber + OpenPhone + QBO
  • You want lead response and invoice speed fixed first

Includes:

  • Control-plane setup
  • Two flagship workflows
  • Monitoring, runbooks, and managed ops
  • Training validation and stabilization

Complex Flagship

Multiple locations, heavier approval logic, or after-hours routing complexity

Setup: $9,500+

Monthly: $4,500 to $6,500+

Usually right if:

  • You have multiple office flows or dispatch handoffs
  • You need more approval gates or after-hours routing
  • You expect more exception handling from day one

Includes:

  • Everything in the flagship foundation
  • Added routing and approval logic
  • Location or workflow complexity under a fixed quote

Flagship + Expansion

Teams adding scheduling, books hygiene, or reviews after the flagship package is stable

Setup: $12,000+

Monthly: $6,000+

Usually right if:

  • Your flagship package is already stable or clearly scoped
  • You are ready to add a standardized expansion module
  • You want a broader ops surface after KPI proof is clear

Includes:

  • Flagship package plus one or more expansion modules
  • Module pricing based on added operational scope
  • Rollout sequencing tied to production stability

What every flagship quote includes

Core delivery

  • Lead capture to first response
  • Job complete to invoice
  • Monitoring, alerts, retries, and fallback runbooks
  • Training validation and hypercare
  • Monthly KPI review tied to response time, invoice latency, and exception trends

What changes the quote

  • Number of locations or distinct office workflows
  • Whether you stay on the default stack: Jobber + OpenPhone + QBO
  • After-hours routing and human approval complexity
  • Communication volume and expected exception load
  • Which expansion modules are turned on after the flagship package is stable

Scope discipline

Atlas installs the two-workflow flagship package first. Expansion modules for scheduling, books hygiene, or reviews are quoted separately and go live only after the flagship package is stable.

Service work beyond the agreed monthly change budget is handled through formal change orders.
