What do you actually install?

The flagship package installs two standardized workflows first: lead capture to first response and job complete to invoice, plus monitoring, exception handling, training, and monthly KPI review.

How long does setup take?

Standard implementation is 10 business days, followed by a defined Days 11 to 40 hypercare period.

Do I have to switch tools?

We standardize on Jobber, OpenPhone, and QuickBooks Online. Alternate stacks are exception-only because they increase implementation and support complexity.

Who pays for the software subscriptions?

You do. SaaS subscriptions are paid by your company directly, while Atlas charges the setup fee and monthly managed ops retainer.

What is included vs. change order?

The flagship package includes two workflows on the default stack. Extra locations, expansion modules, alternate stacks, custom routing, or new recurring operator work are handled through a formal change order.
