Days 11 to 40 hypercare

  • Daily automation health checks and same-day failure response during business hours.
  • Configuration-break fixes plus up to 5 hours of in-scope workflow adjustments.
  • Escalation to delivery lead for issues unresolved within 4 hours.

Control and safety

  • Any pricing commitments remain draft-only until approved.
  • Same-day scheduling and high-dollar invoice sends require approval gates.
  • Refunds, credits, and money-movement actions are human-controlled.
  • Failures create alerts plus a manual fallback task. Never silent breaks.
